Landmatters is looking for a PASSIONATE TEAM LEADER with proficient landscape construction experience. We value an above average attention to detail, adaptability, and your ability to train and develop other team members. You will work with a team who cares about creating exceptional landscape projects. While most other landscape companies are creating the same old boring products over and over, our projects are always distinctive, intentional, and carefully crafted. In addition to team leadership, the right fit may be given the opportunity to help direct and manage the company. We will share backend project information and develop an incentive structure around your performance.
Qualifications:
- Existing landscape knowledge.
- Jobsite management & leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Confident operation of heavy construction equipment.
- Comfortable driving a full size truck and trailer.
- Driven to grow both personally and professionally.
- Physically withstand constant movement and variety of manual labor.
- Self reliant transportation, tobacco and substance free in the workplace.
Wages:
$17 - $25.00 per hour based on your experience & effectiveness.
Full-time position. (side work / subcontracting available to right candidates.

You will work on a team of 3-4 people to create exceptional landscape projects. Qualifications:
- Driven to grow both personally and professionally.
- Physically withstand constant movement and variety of manual labor.
- Self reliant transportation, tobacco and substance free in the workplace.
- Have or obtain a CDL or Class D license. Not required but appreciated.
Wages:
$13 - $20.00 per hour based on your experience & aptitude.
Full-time & part-time positions available.
